Vloggi Platform User Agreement

Contractual relationship

This Agreement was last modified on 26 March 2026 (the Effective Date).

This User Agreement describes the terms and conditions that govern your access to and use of the Vloggi platform and services.


These terms (“Terms”) apply to your use of:
• the Vloggi video creation platform (the Platform)
• the Vloggi mobile applications (the App)
• the Vloggi uploader tool (the Uploader)
• any related Vloggi services, APIs or websites (the Services)

By accessing or using the Platform or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Platform enables users to collect, organise and process user-generated video content for projects operated by other users. Vloggi provides the technical infrastructure used to collect and manage such content but is not responsible for the purpose, operation or content of individual projects created by users.

Please read these Terms carefully as they constitute a legal agreement between you and Vloggi Pty Ltd.

1. Definitions

Except where the context requires otherwise:

User / you / your means any person who visits, accesses or uses the Platform or Services.

Registered User means a User with an active account on the Platform.

Account means the account associated with your email address used to access the Platform.

Contributor means a User who submits video footage, images, audio, captions or other materials through the Platform.

Project Owner means a User who creates and manages a Project and receives Content submitted by Contributors.

A User may act as both a Contributor and a Project Owner within the Platform. Where a Project Owner submits Content to a Project, they are treated as a Contributor for the purposes of that submission

Content means any video, image, audio, caption, metadata or other material submitted through the Platform.

Project means a crowdsourcing or video collection project created by a Project Owner through the Platform.

Project Brief means the description, instructions or rules provided by the Project Owner for a Project.

Montage means a compilation video created within the Platform using Contributor Content.

Platform means the video creation websites operated by Vloggi including:

  • vloggi.com

  • studio.vloggi.com

  • upload.vloggi.com

  • contest.vloggi.com

and any related Vloggi services, applications or APIs.

Vloggi / we / us / our means Vloggi Pty Ltd registered in New South Wales, Australia (ACN 630 061 246).

2. Use of the Platform

Vloggi provides a platform that enables Users to collect and manage video submissions and create video content projects.

Vloggi does not control or direct the activities of Contributors or Project Owners and does not supervise the content submitted through Projects.

Users are solely responsible for their own use of the Platform and for ensuring that their activities comply with applicable laws.

3. Content submissions and rights

The submission of Content through the Platform and the transfer of rights relating to that Content are governed by the Content Assignment Agreement presented to Contributors at the time of submission.

Project Owners may also publish additional project-specific terms or rules as part of a Project Brief. These terms apply only to that specific Project and are the responsibility of the Project Owner.

Vloggi acts solely as the provider of the technology used to collect, store and process Content on behalf of Project Owners.

4. Platform licence

Vloggi grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform and Services for their intended purposes.

Users must not:

  • attempt to copy, modify, reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Platform

  • access the Platform in a way that disrupts or interferes with its operation

  • use the Platform for unlawful activities

  • harvest personal information from other users without consent

  • distribute malware or harmful code

All rights, title and interest in the Platform, including software, systems and technology, remain the property of Vloggi or its licensors.

5. Accounts and eligibility

Users may not use the Platform if they:

  • are unable to form legally binding contracts

  • are under the age of 13

  • are prohibited from using the Services under applicable law

  • have had their account suspended or terminated

Vloggi may refuse to register any person or entity as a User at its discretion.

Users may not transfer their account without written consent from Vloggi.

6. Platform conduct

While using the Platform, Users must not:

  • upload unlawful or infringing material

  • submit abusive, threatening or defamatory content

  • impersonate another person

  • interfere with other users’ use of the Platform

  • distribute spam or unsolicited communications

  • attempt to access restricted areas of the Platform

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

7. Contests and incentives

Project Owners may operate contests, promotions or incentive-based projects through the Platform.

Any prizes, rewards or incentives offered in connection with a Project are provided solely by the Project Owner.

Vloggi is not responsible for administering contests or delivering prizes offered by Project Owners.

Project Owners are responsible for ensuring that any contests or promotions comply with applicable laws.

8. Confidential information

Users may receive confidential information in connection with a Project.

Users must not disclose confidential information relating to a Project, Project Brief or another User without permission.

Project Owners remain responsible for any confidential materials they upload to the Platform.

9. Content rules and moderation

Contributors must ensure that Content submitted to the Platform:

  • is an accurate depiction of the scene represented

  • complies with the requirements of the Project Brief

  • does not infringe the rights of others

Project Owners are responsible for moderating the Content submitted to their Projects.

Vloggi may remove or disable access to Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Vloggi may also disclose information relating to Content submissions where required by law or lawful authority.

10. Contributor status

Contributors are independent users of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship between Vloggi, Project Owners and Contributors.

Contributors may receive non-monetary rewards or incentives from Project Owners as described in Project Briefs.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, Vloggi shall not be liable for:

  • the actions of Project Owners or Contributors

  • the use or publication of Content by Project Owners

  • disputes relating to contests, prizes or incentives

  • interruptions or technical failures affecting the Platform

12. Platform ownership

All rights in the Vloggi Platform, including software, systems, analytics tools and infrastructure, remain the property of Vloggi.

Use of the Platform does not grant Users ownership rights in the Platform technology.

13. Changes to these Terms

Vloggi may update these Terms from time to time.

Where changes materially affect Users, reasonable notice will be provided through the Platform or by other means.

Continued use of the Platform following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Service availability and warranties

The Platform and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Vloggi does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any Content submitted through the Platform will always be available.

To the extent permitted by law, Vloggi disclaims all warranties, express or implied, relating to the Platform and Services, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Vloggi may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform or Services from time to time for operational, security or maintenance reasons.

15. Copyright complaints and takedown requests

Vloggi respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects Users to do the same.

If you believe that Content available through the Platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may notify Vloggi by providing sufficient information to identify the allegedly infringing material and the basis of your claim.

Upon receiving a valid notice, Vloggi may remove or disable access to the material while the matter is reviewed.

Vloggi may also notify the User who submitted the Content and request additional information regarding their rights to the material.

Where appropriate, Vloggi may suspend or terminate the accounts of Users who repeatedly submit infringing material.
