Our platform enables organisations (“Project Owners”) to collect video content and related information from individuals (“Contributors”).

3. Roles of the parties

Depending on how you use the platform:

  • Project Owners act as data controllers of Contributor data

  • Vloggi acts as a data processor on behalf of Project Owners

  • Vloggi acts as a data controller for:

    • account holders

    • website visitors

    • marketing and support interactions

Vloggi does not determine the purpose or content of data collected by Project Owners.

4. Information we collect

4.1 Personal data you provide

We collect personal data you provide directly, including:

  • video content and associated metadata

4.2 Contributor submissions

When you upload content to a Project, we collect:

  • video and audio files

Vloggi does not determine the content, purpose or legal basis of such data collection and processes it solely on behalf of the Project Owner.

  • with Project Owners (as part of the service)
