Invite an authorized judging panel when you want people to review video submissions within Studio rather than through a public gallery.
Set up access
- Open Team from the workspace navigation.
- Use the invitation controls available to your account.
- Choose the appropriate role and project access for each reviewer.
- Ask the reviewer to accept the invitation and sign in.
Available roles and user limits depend on your workspace. Do not assume collaborators are unlimited or that every role has the same visibility into contributor information.
Brief the panel
Share your assessment criteria, deadline and decision process. Explain whether reviewers should vote, leave comments or build a shortlist.
Review clips
Reviewers open the assigned project’s Project Video Library and use the controls available to their role. Clip information includes collaboration tools such as comments and tags; the library provides clip voting and favorites.
Public voting is separate
If you want viewers to participate without joining the Studio team, configure Collaborate → Public Video Gallery instead. Provide its required legal and reporting details and publish only approved content.
After judging
Review the panel’s decisions against your criteria and use Team settings to maintain appropriate ongoing access.
