Open your project and select Curate → Project Video Library. This is where you review submissions, organize clips and prepare footage for download or compilation.
Browse and search
Choose Grid view for visual browsing or List view for a structured overview. Use Search project videos and the Search in selector to narrow your search. Multi-file submissions appear together; open the submission to view its clips.
Mark favorites
Select Add to favorites on a clip to shortlist it. Use the library’s Favorites control to show your favorites.
Add and filter tags
Open a clip and select Collaboration to manage its tags and comments. To apply a tag to several clips, select them in the library and choose Add tag under Batch actions. A shared tag helps you bring clips from different submissions into the same shortlist.
Inspect a clip
Open the clip to play its video and review Clip information:
- Contributor data: contributor answers, upload date, submission ID and available consent details.
- Collaboration: tags and comments.
- Device data: available device and capture analysis.
- AI analysis: additional analysis where enabled for your plan.
Select a video version beneath the player. Preview is optimized for review; Clean is processed video without the project’s branding overlays; Branded applies the template; Raw original is the unmodified supplied file. The viewer shows which versions are ready or available for your plan.
Choose where a clip is displayed
Under Contributor data, Feature clip controls example content for the submission experience. Public gallery is a separate setting for a gallery you have enabled. Only show clips externally when they are appropriate for that audience and their permissions allow it.
Trim a clip
Choose Trim clip in the viewer to set the portion you want to use. Review the start and end before applying your trim.
Select clips for batch actions
Use each card’s top-right selection control, or Select all for the current filtered selection. Check the selected-clip count before continuing.
- Create compilation: assemble selected footage into a video.
- Add tag: label the selected clips together.
- Create clean copies — Echo background: prepare clean MP4 copies on the project canvas with a blurred echo background.
- ZIP: prepare a download archive. The current interface recommends no more than 25 clips per batch; contact support for larger batches.
- Google: send footage through a connected Google Drive integration where available.
For other storage destinations, download your files in bulk and transfer them to your preferred service.
Find generated outputs
Open Compile → Compilations & Downloads to review generated outputs. Use the clip viewer’s Download button for an individual available version.
