Your workspace’s invoices and receipts are under Commercials in Vloggi Studio. You must be a workspace administrator to access billing documents. If you belong to more than one workspace, open the one that owns the subscription.
The example shows Commercials → Billing & invoices. Download an invoice PDF here, or open Stripe with Manage my subscription.
Download an invoice
- Sign in to Vloggi Studio and open Commercials.
- Scroll to Billing & invoices, or open the billing section directly.
- Find the invoice by its number, date, total and status. The newest invoices appear first.
- Select Download PDF. If a PDF is not available but View invoice is shown, open that link instead.
- Select Load older invoices if the invoice you need is not listed.
An invoice marked Paid records a completed payment. An Open invoice still needs payment; an invoice by itself does not prove payment was made.
Open the secure payment portal
In Billing & invoices, select Manage my subscription to open Stripe’s secure billing portal. Review the billing history and open the relevant payment or invoice. Download the invoice or receipt when that option is available. Documents and controls can vary by account configuration.
Cannot find an invoice or receipt?
- Ask your workspace administrator if you do not have billing access.
- If Studio says “No invoices are available yet,” there are currently no invoices returned for that workspace.
- If Studio says “No Stripe billing account is connected to this workspace,” or your organization pays under a separate invoicing agreement, contact [email protected]. Include the workspace name and billing period you need—not card details.
- If invoices fail to load, select Try again. Contact support if the problem continues.
Check the currency and tax on your invoice
Displayed plan and add-on prices exclude tax. Applicable tax is calculated using your billing details and tax treatment and is shown on the invoice. Check the document’s currency, tax and final total before sharing it with your finance team. Selecting a currency alone does not determine whether tax applies or change an invoice already issued.
