Plain English Summary

Vloggi subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.

Most subscriptions are billed in advance in US dollars via our payment provider, Stripe. Some enterprise customers may instead be billed via invoice and bank transfer under separate commercial agreements.

If you cancel your subscription immediately, no future charges will occur and access will end straight away.

If you choose to cancel at the end of the current billing cycle, your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period and the renewal may still proceed depending on the timing and settings selected during cancellation.

Annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable once renewed. However, we understand mistakes and misunderstandings can happen. In some cases, we may offer partial or pro-rata refunds at our discretion.

Please note that payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers are often non-refundable to us. Where applicable, these fees may be deducted from any refund amount.

We may also provide full refunds in cases of clear billing error or exceptional circumstances.

Vloggi Refund Policy Terms

This Refund Policy applies to services provided by Vloggi Pty Ltd trading as Vloggi, transacted via payment gateways. 

Where services are provided under an enterprise agreement, purchase order, reseller arrangement, or master services agreement, those agreements may override portions of this Refund Policy.

1. Billing and Renewals

1.1 Vloggi subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to renewal.

1.2 Subscription fees are billed in advance and are denominated in United States Dollars (USD), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.3 Vloggi primarily processes payments through Stripe or other authorised payment providers.

1.4 Certain enterprise or government customers may be billed via invoice, purchase order, or bank transfer under separately negotiated commercial terms.

2. Subscription Cancellation

2.1 Customers may cancel a subscription at any time through the Vloggi platform’s billing page (handled by Stripe). Access it within the Vloggi Studio platform under Plans, then “manage my billing”.

2.2 Customers may disable automatic renewal at any time through the Vloggi platform.

When a subscription is cancelled:

  • the subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period;
  • no further automatic renewal charges will occur after that period expires; and
  • access to the platform will terminate at the conclusion of the paid term unless otherwise agreed.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for the current billing period

2.3 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the preferred cancellation option is selected prior to renewal.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Except where required by law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced.

3.2 Annual subscription plans are billed upfront and do not automatically qualify for refunds after renewal.

3.3 Vloggi may, at its sole discretion:

  • offer a full refund,
  • offer a partial or pro-rata refund, or
  • offer account credit toward future services.

3.4 Any discretionary refund does not create an obligation or precedent for future refunds.

3.5 Where a customer upgrades a subscription, increases usage limits, purchases additional storage, contributions, seats, or activates additional features during an active billing cycle, Vloggi may apply immediate pro-rata charges for the remainder of that billing period. Such pro-rata upgrade charges are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly approved by Vloggi in writing.

4. Processing Fees and Non-Refundable Costs

4.1 Payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers, including card processing fees, are typically non-refundable to Vloggi.

4.2 Where a refund is granted, Vloggi reserves the right to deduct any non-recoverable transaction or processing fees from the refunded amount.

4.3 Administrative, setup, onboarding, custom development, integration, storage, or professional service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

5.1 Vloggi may provide full refunds in cases involving:

  • duplicate charges,
  • demonstrable billing errors,
  • unauthorised transactions,
  • technical faults resulting in inability to access the service, or
  • other exceptional circumstances determined by Vloggi acting reasonably.

5.2 Requests for refunds should be submitted promptly by contacting [email protected] and including relevant account and billing details.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

6.1 Customers are encouraged to contact Vloggi directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or card provider.

6.2 Vloggi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity.

7. Changes to this Policy

7.1 Vloggi may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

7.2 The latest version will always be available on the Vloggi website and will apply from the date of publication.

8. Bad faith

8.1 Vloggi reserves the right to refuse refunds where there is evidence of:

  • repeated refund requests,
  • coordinated refund requests between multiple customers;
  • abuse of promotional or trial offers,
  • excessive usage prior to cancellation,
  • or fraudulent, deceptive, or bad-faith activity.

9. Payment Methods and Refund Processing

Vloggi does not store or have direct access to customer credit card or payment details.

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.

Any approved refunds will generally be returned only to the original payment method used for the transaction and may be subject to the policies, processing times, and technical limitations of the relevant payment provider or financial institution.

For security and fraud prevention reasons, Vloggi is generally unable to redirect refunds to alternative cards, bank accounts, or payment methods not associated with the original transaction.
