Data & compliance

1. Platform role

Vloggi is a cloud-based video collection and production platform.

  • Project Owners (clients) act as data controllers

  • Vloggi acts as a data processor providing infrastructure and tooling

  • Contributors submit content and data directly to the Project Owner via the platform

Vloggi does not determine the purpose or use of Contributor data.

For more information, plase review our Platform User Agreement

2. Data handling model

Vloggi is designed to support controlled, client-defined data collection, including:

  • User-generated video, audio and images

  • Metadata (timestamps, device, IP address)

  • Structured inputs (forms, questions, zero-party data)

Clients define:

  • what data is collected

  • how it is used

  • how long it is retained

3. Zero-party data architecture

Vloggi supports the collection of zero-party data, where Contributors voluntarily provide information directly to the client.

  • Data fields are configured by the Project Owner

  • Vloggi does not use this data for its own purposes

  • Data is processed solely on behalf of the client
