  • Project: Body Transformation Challenge
  • Year: 2024
  • Campaign type: Recurring customer video diaries
  • Languages: English and Spanish
  • Use case: AI video training datasets, customer-language analysis and customer testimonials

Each 30–45 second response captured how a participant felt and what differences they had experienced during the challenge. The weekly format created a series of first-person accounts over time—not merely a single before-and-after testimonial.

Real customers. Real language. One structured video collection.

In 2024, health and wellness company Mōdere ran a Body Transformation Challenge that invited customers to document their experiences through weekly video diaries.

Participants recorded short videos in English or Spanish, describing how they felt and the differences they had noticed. The 12-week challenge was run twice, creating a 24-week program of recurring customer video collection.

Using a custom Vloggi workflow, Mōdere received 15,279 video diary entries over 24 weeks—Vloggi’s highest-volume project to date. Weekly submission activity was reported at an average of 1,700 entries, with some weeks exceeding 2,000.

Collect recurring customer video at unprecedented scale

Mōdere needed to gather short customer testimonials over several months. A one-off upload campaign would not be enough: participants had to return each week and submit another diary entry as their challenge progressed.

The workflow needed to:

  • make weekly video submission simple in English and Spanish
  • handle high submission volumes, including weeks with more than 2,000 clips
  • capture participant email addresses with each submission
  • associate every entry with a Referral Code for reliable tracking
  • keep thousands of recurring submissions organized as structured data
  • preserve the first-person language customers used to describe their experiences

From customer video to data training

The customer diaries did more than support testimonials. Mōdere needed to train models on real customer language: the everyday words, expressions and descriptions people used to explain their experiences. The videos were fed into an LLM, making explicit customer approval for that use a core requirement of the collection workflow.

Vloggi can help organizations collect video against defined prompts, retain contributor and submission context, and organize thousands of responses into a reviewable dataset. Teams can then label, filter and prepare that material for approved downstream analysis or training workflows instead of starting with disconnected files and missing metadata.

  • Consistent prompts: collect comparable responses across a large participant group
  • Structured metadata: keep language, participant identifiers and project fields connected to each clip
  • Human-created source material: capture authentic speech, expression and customer language directly from contributors
  • Consent and governance: preserve the permissions, privacy controls and retention rules required for the intended use

Mōdere fed the collected videos into an LLM to train on real customer language: the words, expressions and descriptions customers naturally used to explain their experiences. This use required explicit customer approval for AI training. The collection workflow needed to keep that approval connected to the videos and participant records, making permission part of the dataset—not an afterthought.

A custom multilingual collection and tracking workflow

Vloggi developed a custom workflow and plan around the Body Transformation Challenge. Each week, participants were prompted to record a concise 30–45 second video diary in English or Spanish.

Alongside the video itself, the workflow captured the participant’s email address. Mōdere also used a custom dataset field for each participant’s Referral Code, giving the campaign team a consistent identifier with which to track and reference entries.

Instead of receiving disconnected files, Mōdere retained useful submission context alongside each clip. The resulting structured collection preserved spontaneous, first-person customer expression for testimonial use and customer-language analysis.

Repeat participation stayed straightforward

Customers could submit a fresh 30–45 second diary each week, sustaining collection across two 12-week challenges.

Customers could respond in two languages

English and Spanish submission paths captured customer experiences and natural language across both audiences.

Every clip retained useful campaign data

Email capture and a custom Referral Code field helped Mōdere identify, reference and track submissions.

Customer language was captured at scale

The diaries preserved the words, descriptions and recurring themes customers used in their own recorded responses.

Vloggi’s largest-ever customer video collection

Across the project, Mōdere received 15,279 customer video diary entries. Weekly submission activity averaged a reported 1,700 clips, while some weeks passed 2,000.

The collection captured something conventional campaign metrics cannot: the language real customers chose when describing how they felt and what they experienced. Because those accounts were collected repeatedly, in two languages and with consistent metadata, they formed a richer resource than isolated testimonials.

Key outcomes

  • 15,279 video clips—the highest total recorded for a Vloggi project
