Our terms of service prohibit any group using our platform to collect video messages or footage that promote hate speech or incite violence. Additionally, any content that is illegal in your jurisdiction will be removed and accounts suspended.

While your video content that you collect from contributors is private under normal usage, law enforcement agencies in Australia would have the right to view content if they had legal reason to do so.
