Set clear participation rules and review submissions before sharing them publicly. Vloggi’s Platform User Agreement prohibits unlawful, abusive, threatening and defamatory content and assigns project moderation to Project Owners.
Explain your campaign rules
Use the project brief to tell contributors what is welcome and what is not. Define a moderation policy that addresses threats, targeted abuse, discriminatory harassment and other harmful material, while allowing relevant discussion and disagreement.
Review submissions privately
Open Curate → Project Video Library. Review each clip and its context before adding it to a public gallery or compilation. Use your internal tags and collaboration process to flag material for another reviewer.
Configure a reporting route
Before enabling Collaborate → Public Video Gallery, complete the organizer, privacy-policy and report/takedown contact details. Make sure the contact is monitored and your published rules explain how reports are handled.
Respond to a concern
Use Hide from gallery where appropriate while a clip is reviewed. Record the decision, apply your policy consistently and escalate urgent safety issues through the appropriate local channels. Contact Vloggi support for platform-related assistance.
The current agreement describes Vloggi’s removal and access-disabling powers. This guide does not promise automatic screening, universal legal classifications or a particular enforcement outcome.
