Choose between invited judging in Studio and viewer participation through a Public Video Gallery. They are different access models.
Private judging
Use Team to manage invited users and the project access available to their role. Agree the judging criteria with the panel and use the clip voting and collaboration tools available to them. Confirm their assigned project access before inviting them to review submissions.
Public voting
Open Collaborate → Public Video Gallery. Complete the required organizer, privacy-policy and report/takedown-contact details, configure the gallery and publish approved entries.
Share the gallery link for viewers to watch and use the participation controls you have enabled. This is separate from the upload link used to collect new entries.
Explain how votes affect the result
State the voting period, eligibility and whether the winner is chosen by public votes, a judging panel or a combination. Do not describe a vote count as proof of a unique verified person.
Review results and reports
Use Curate → Project Video Library to review clip engagement and your shortlist. Apply the published moderation and judging rules, and monitor the gallery’s report/takedown route.
Keep private and public content separate
Enabling a gallery is not a substitute for checking each clip’s suitability and permission for publication. The clip viewer’s Public gallery and Feature clip settings serve different purposes.
