How to manage payment methods and invoices in Vloggi #
Vloggi uses the secure payment gateway, Stripe, to manage all transactions and subscriptions. Vloggi does not hold any credit card information; it is all processed and protected by Stripe.
To amend payment details for Vloggi subscription #
- Click on the Manage my plan button in the bottom-left corner of the interface.
- Select the Billing tab in the Stripe subscription management platform.
- Follow the prompts to update your payment details or add a new payment method.
To view invoices for previous payments #
The Vloggi Customer Portal is a Stripe-hosted portal that allows our customers to manage their subscriptions and billing details themselves.
- Head to the Vloggi Customer Portal
- Enter your email address (must be the Vloggi account administrator)
- Follow the prompts in the email sent to you by Stripe to log-on
- You can edit all details and manage your account here
