Vloggi brings video collection, contributor information, consent records and video production into one project. Start at Vloggi Studio.
Start with your workspace
Use Branding to manage your brand assets, Team to manage access, Datasets for structured lookup data, Integrations for connected services and Plans & Limits for your subscription and allowances.
Create a project
On Projects, select Create a New Project. Choose your submission workflow: Contribution for one uploaded or recorded video, Collection for several files, Capture for one prompted camera response, Conversation for two to eight camera responses, or Compliance for structured workplace, asset or job evidence. Choose a widescreen, vertical or square project canvas and name the project. Continue to watermarking and contributor attribution, then create the project.
Configure: set the project rules
Open Overview & Settings to manage project names, status, expiry, language, workflow, upload settings and aspect ratio. This is also where you find project insights and the Contributor Data & Consent Report.
Collect: build the contributor experience
Use Video Form Builder for the brief and contributor-facing page. Use Video Survey Builder when your workflow supports video questions, Contributor Data for the information you collect, and Thank You Page Builder for the confirmation after submission.
Collaborate: invite people to contribute
Open Shareable Upload Link for the project link, QR code and sharing options. Public Video Gallery is a separate, optional way to display selected content and configure participation such as voting.
Curate: review and organize footage
In Project Video Library, switch between Grid and List views, search submissions, select favorites and add tags. Open a clip to review its video versions, contributor information and available evidence. Select clips for batch actions such as creating a compilation or downloading a ZIP.
Customize: set the video design
Open Video Template Builder to control branding and overlays. Static elements stay the same; dynamic elements use the contributor or clip data you choose. The template is used for branded output, while Clean and Raw original serve different production needs.
Compile: retrieve finished work
Use Compilations & Downloads to find generated outputs. You can also download an individual clip from its viewer by selecting the required available version and choosing Download.
