SYDNEY, 20 November 2025 – Australian video technology company Vloggi Technology has today launched what it calls the world’s first white-label video evidencing engine, enabling enterprises and industry specialists to verify, structure and trust the mobile footage used in inspections, safety reporting and compliance.

The new platform, Vloggi AI, allows partners to create their own fully branded video-AI platforms, with custom workflows, domains and interfaces, all powered by Vloggi’s core ingestion, analytics and provenance engine. The model mirrors the economics of a franchise: Vloggi provides the infrastructure; partners operate the vertical; both share the revenue.

The launch is as a response to the rise in artificial videos in workplaces. Deepfakes have become cheap, convincing and ubiquitous, placing unprecedented pressure on organisations to verify that video evidence is both human-generated and authentic. At the same time, younger employees increasingly default to narrated mobile clips rather than forms or PDFs, creating a fundamental mismatch between how evidence is captured and how compliance teams process it.

Vloggi’s new engine resolves this by converting mobile video into structured, searchable business data. Every clip is transcribed, geo-stamped, tagged and secured with chain-of-custody metadata before being compiled into automated reports or fed into enterprise systems.

“Mobile-shot video is now the richest form of data most organisations collect, but it has never been compliant by default,” said Justin Wastnage, founder of Vloggi Technology.

“Enterprises need to know not just what a video shows, but who recorded it, where, and under what conditions. In an era of synthetic media, provenance is no longer optional. We built Vloggi AI to provide that trust layer — the human infrastructure for computer vision.”

Unlike traditional inspection checklist platforms, Vloggi AI is industry-agnostic. Partners in any sector can launch their own branded solutions without writing code or building an AI stack. Vloggi handles encoding, metadata capture, consent logging, analytics, hosting and security; partners focus on sales, customers and industry workflows. Vloggi earns setup fees, usage revenue and recurring royalties from each vertical deployed.

The company has already commenced pilots across three high-demand sectors:

Beyond compliance, Vloggi has seen strong inbound interest from media, education and retail organisations requiring trusted, rights-cleared video submissions at scale. Previous users include CNN, Qantas, the NSW Government, Hong Kong International School and the Robert F. Kennedy presidential campaign — all of whom needed verified human-generated content rather than anonymous uploads or generative AI video.

“What makes this scalable is the partner model,” said Amool Paranjpe, Chief Operating Officer. “Every partner can run their own SaaS business on top of Vloggi: a hospitality platform, a rope-access platform, an events platform — whatever their industry needs. It’s an efficient way to modernise evidence workflows without building technology.”

The company is currently completing an A$800,000 convertible note to support the rollout of Vloggi AI and the relaunch of Vloggi Studio, its long-running video collection product. A full Series A is planned for 2026.

According to Wastnage, enterprises are on the cusp of a fundamental shift.

“We digitised forms twenty years ago. The next leap is from text to narrated video — richer, faster and more truthful. What’s been missing is structure and trust. Vloggi finally provides both.”

About Vloggi
Vloggi is an Australian deep-tech company specialising in video evidencing and large-scale video data capture. Its platform converts mobile-shot footage into structured, verifiable business intelligence — complete with provenance, metadata, consent logs and chain-of-custody records.

The company operates two core products: Vloggi Studio, the leading platform for collecting and organising human-generated video at scale, and Vloggi AI, a white-label evidencing engine that enables partners to launch their own branded video-AI platforms for inspections, compliance and field reporting. Together, they power industries ranging from education and media to infrastructure, hospitality and government.

Vloggi’s technology combines a smart video uploader, enterprise-grade ingestion pipelines and cloud-based AI automation, allowing organisations to gather authentic video contributions from employees, customers or citizens — all rights-cleared and structured for downstream use. The company’s systems are used whenever provenance matters: political campaigns, school assessments, inspections, insurance claims, citizen feedback and enterprise operations.

Founded in 2018 by video technology pioneer Justin Wastnage, Vloggi is built on over two decades of experience in digital storytelling, computer vision and content provenance. Wastnage previously founded Microsoft’s video storytelling unit and coined the term “video blog” in 2006. The company’s technical architecture is led by CTO Jean-Christophe Diomard-Arrazau, a senior systems engineer with global experience across Oracle, Red Hat and WEKA.

Vloggi Technology Pty Ltd is the IP-holding company behind the Vloggi Core engine and licenses its infrastructure to Vloggi Studio, VidProof and a growing ecosystem of white-label industry partners. The company is headquartered at Tech Central, Sydney.
