Use a ZIP archive when you want several clips for an editor, an archive or another production workflow.
1. Find the footage
Open Curate → Project Video Library. Search the library or filter your favorites and tags. For clips across several submissions, add the same tag, filter by that tag and then make your selection.
2. Select the clips
In Grid view, use the top-right selection control on each clip card. In List view, use the selection checkboxes. Check the clip count beside Batch actions before continuing. The interface guidance is “Zip works best up to 25 clips.” This is a recommendation, not a fixed 25-clip limit.
3. Choose ZIP
In Batch actions, choose Send to → ZIP (the button tooltip says Download archive). If the Choose a download format dialog appears, select an available format, enter a Download name, then select Prepare download. The selected format applies to every clip in that archive. If no format dialog appears, the archive request starts directly. Preparation time depends on the selected files and processing queue.
4. Retrieve the archive
Open Compile → Compilations & Downloads to find the generated download. When it is ready, select Download ZIP and extract it on your computer. Large requests may be split automatically into multiple ZIP files; download each part.
Choose the output that fits your task
A ZIP is a container for multiple files, not a video compilation. If you want one combined video, use Compilation in the horizontal batch-action bar, or Create compilation in the card layout, instead. Video report and PDF report are separate actions, not ZIP downloads.
For a specific individual version, open the clip viewer and select Enhanced, Branded or Raw original before downloading. Enhanced (formerly Clean) is processed video with consistent audio and without project branding; Branded applies the project template and overlays; Raw original is the unmodified supplied file. Do not treat those as the same format.
If an archive is not ready
Check that the clips have finished processing and review the output status. If a large request is slow or fails, try smaller batches of up to 25 clips. Contact support with the project code and the affected output if a job reports an error.
