Commercials

Manage your Vloggi plan, collection limits, storage, and credits

Open Commercials in your Vloggi Studio workspace to review your plan, usage, allowances, and billing options. Check the period and terms shown for your workspace before making a change.

Who counts toward user seats?

Admins, members, and collaborators each use one user seat. People who submit videos as contributors do not need a seat. Your user-seat allowance applies across the workspace, not separately to each project.

What counts as a video collected?

Each successfully collected video file counts once, including each separately recorded answer in a video conversation. A submission containing several videos uses one collection unit per video. The count covers all projects in your workspace during the period shown in Commercials. Deleting a video does not reduce that period’s collection count. Unused monthly collection capacity does not roll over.

When does my monthly collection allowance reset?

Your allowance resets at the start of the next collection period shown in Commercials. This may follow your subscription billing cycle or the calendar month under an existing agreement. Annual billing still includes a monthly collection allowance; it does not make the full year’s collection capacity available at once.

How is storage different from videos collected?

Videos collected measures the number of incoming videos during a monthly period. Storage measures the original files retained in your workspace. New standard plans measure storage in decimal GB: 1 GB equals 1,000,000,000 bytes. Storage accumulates and does not reset each month. Downloading or exporting a file does not free storage. Existing contracted storage allowances remain subject to their agreed terms.

What are current storage and cold storage?

Current storage keeps your videos available to view, process, and download, subject to your plan’s permissions. Cold storage is a planned, separate archive add-on for files you do not need immediately. Archived files would need retrieval before use. Self-service archiving and retrieval are not available yet. Contact us to discuss an archive requirement; retrieval pricing and timing must be confirmed before any archive service is agreed.

Do processing credits expire?

Included monthly credits renew each month, and unused included credits expire at the end of their credit period. Purchased credits do not expire. Credits pay for eligible processing services, such as transcription and branded video rendering. A credit balance does not by itself unlock a service that your plan does not include or extend your subscription coverage.

Can I increase my allowances without changing plans?

Eligible paid plans can purchase additional monthly collection capacity, storage, projects, user seats, or processing credits. Choose a higher total allowance in Commercials and review the additional price and term before paying. Collection capacity can be recurring or a one-cycle top-up where offered. Adding collection capacity does not automatically add storage, and adding storage does not increase the monthly collection allowance. Casual customers can choose a paid plan to increase their allowances. Contracted accounts may need a reviewed change.

Will changing my plan remove my videos?

Changing a plan does not itself delete your videos. A lower plan can reduce allowances and remove access to features, so review its limits before proceeding. If your usage is above the new allowance, additional collection or processing may be restricted. Use the plan-change options available in Commercials, or contact support when a change requires review. Check the confirmed effective date and terms before completing a downgrade or cancellation.

What happens to my legacy price?

An existing legacy subscription keeps its agreed price while coverage continues, including continuous renewals. If paid coverage ends and you later restart, current pricing applies. Agreed custom allowances remain governed by your contract; purchasing an add-on does not replace those rights. Review any separate plan change before confirming it.
